Hi All,
Well I've not posted anything for a while.
However, have been doing a little and this is just finished. It is a DHC-1 Chipmunk in 1/48th.
Kit is a short run kit by John Adams of Aeroclub. Had this model a while half finished so had to be done.
Happy with result, straight from box except replacement roundels/fin flashes, and some lead foil seat belts.

As always sir, very clean indeed.

What a lovely looking model. Was that a straightforward build?

Thankyou Gentlemen for your comments much appreciated.
It was quite a straightforward build Roger, but needed a little more in terms of test fitting as the tolerances in kit parts was not as good as a mainstream kit.
The decals were okay, but just seemed a little 'Dull' against the white airframe so were replaced. Otherwise other than a good masking session each time went fairly well.
My next project is a little bigger and more unusual.
Cheers,
Kevin
