Radio Humberside made chilling listening; Andy Comfort's drive time was extended and Sports Talk cancelled so we could be kept updated. On arriving home at Victoria Dock after the shift, Andy got there just before the surge hit so was able to give us a live update and it was scary to hear - the radio broadcast of War of the Worlds sprung to mind!
Anyone else think the South African Government engineered Nelson Mandella's passing to ensure the flooding of "a north east coastal town" was kept off the news?
