Hi Zak,

You can come and see my daughter's horse for some close up views if you so wish, plus some free manure!

Thanks,

Hopefully next pictures will show it more or less together. Have given it a bath, and waiting for it to dry out before some touching in here and there.
On track for being finished for meeting, have still to sort a base though.

Hi Kiteman,
Sorry about that. Got as far as resizing then my computer had an off day.
All okay now, and have added them to post.

Hi All,

The new year got me going again, and I'm nearly there. Since my last post, I have managed to paint the blue upper fuselage, and apply the decals, (all 150 of them!)

The decals are by Daco for Revell, but are VERY GOOD, I thought the tail would be a problem but no, It settled down over the detail brilliantly without any bubbling or silvering. They were tough too, and were forgiving of being handled sometimes..................roughly!

Now I am at the point of washing the decal solution off the airframe and then affixing the undercarriage, tailplanes and wheels. I hope to have it fully completed by next meeting.

For now I have attached some photographs of work to date.

Cheers,

Bigkev

Mine is to get more built and finished. Have been a bit lazy of late, so will try to pick up the pace.

Hi Haddock,

One thing I can be sure of, is that you will portray your barrels to best of your interpretation of the details available. I know you will do some real deep research before committing them to the model.

Nice work, Haddock!!

Hi Haddock,

Very nice job of cutting that plate, with all the circles and cut outs from 1 piece, per side.

No doubt that it'll look really great when properly in place.

Very good, Sir..................................carry on!

Very Nice dear Zak!

I remember seeing one of these at Sledmere when they had a memorial day for the Waggoner's.

I can tell you are not going to the allotment much this time of year. Fantastic stuff and quick too!!

Any joy for Huddersfield, Mon Ami?

Didn't you like being with us at Telford?

Shows were not too bad after all.
