Started this a couple of weeks ago. Using an Italeri kit and converting to the RAF HR.2 using the Whirlybird conversion kit.

Most of the cockpit and cabin done.

Fuselage together now. The underside view shows the first modifications, ie the big hole.

Tail of fuselage removed - 1st photo. 2nd photo shows new tail attached.

Two coats of the grey complete. Now on to the detail.

Painting just about complete. Now on to the decals.

Most of the decals on - it's slow going - a few still to go; I might not put them all on.
