I have just been using Infini Superfine 1/72 Aero Black Rigging 0.055mm for rigging aircraft and found it worked really well.
See Sopwith Swallow.
I have now also used the 1/48 version and it works just as well.

Hi Zak,
Thankyou for the information. I might try some of that myself, as I use EZ-line and find that can sometime have a flat appearance when stretched.
Cheers,
Bigkev

Hi All,

Kits KWB 48/72/144 - 485, World Planked Wood Revetment Sheet 1/72

Just got this from Hannants. It is a vinyl diorama sheet of planked wood to be used in revetments/airfields. It comes as a vinyl sheet in a rolled form, which can be peeled off the backing and affixed to a base of your choice. The sheet is approximately 17in x 17in. On examination, the printing is very good, with good colour density. It is a little glossy, but once attached it should be easy to tone it down with a coat of your favourite Matt Varnish.
The packaging states it can be cut into smaller sections as desired to match your base/model.
Cost was £8.99 plus postage from Hannants.
Cheers
Bigkev

Do you get different sized planks for different scales, or is it one fits all?
