Another one being rescued from the department of high inertia. This one is the truly appalling Airfix Porsche 906 that was abandoned fairly quickly after the box was opened some years ago.
Intakes and vents have been opened, reprofiled and moved. Wheel arch extensions have been added and the Kamm tail reprofiled to improve the accuracy of the body. Colour coats have been sprayed this morning so the body will be moved to the boiler room to cure.
The next task is to try and make sense of/build what Airfix euphuistically claim is the suspension.
