Yes it's a pity that another shop is going under. We were talking to Paul from P&S Models last week and he said that his York Landlord had taken the next quarters rent so he's open for now but doesn't know how much longer although stock takes are planned for the immediate future. The 'good' news is that when he decides to close he is going to sell his stock off at 'reasonable' prices to his regulars (and probably the general public if he wants to get rid of it). He too will be going online then, mainly for railways. He also said that the news coming out from the Nuremburg Toy Fair is that there will be an estimated 25-40% drop in on street model shops over the coming year.
