Thanks for the comments.
Now back on track and its onto the Italeri offering of the M36 B1 Tank Destroyer.
This version has a 90mm gun.
Many were field conversions from existing Sherman Tanks and they were used during the Normandy landings.
At the moment I am construction the base for the display of this and the M36 Jackson offering from Academy.

« on: February 19, 2024, 05:33:54 PM »Befor you ask Zak - YES I did bend the etch-brass rail on top of the turret to size and also bend out the 5 tabs to hold it the correct distance off the turret - and NO it looks no better than when the etch-brass was fittedWhat would Tony have said?
