British tank riders with hornet French heads with kepis on - to put it into the correct era - well that's the plan at the moment. As long as Howard doesn't look at the face painting I will be OK

Remember this from a long time ago - its the buffer for the rail wagon - only another 3 to go and then the coupling hooks and chain
- at least it will keep me quiet and away from humans

The vents for the Russian gunboat are now under cleaning up. First thanks Chris for 3D production of the 8 vents
First a hole has been drilled in the base and the first of many many many cleaning sessions on the striations on the vents, will give them a coat of primer and then get on with the job.

Hi Msea,
Those vents will certainly add to your model. Nice to have a good friend (Chris) who can produce them in 3D printing.
Coming along nicely,
Kevin

Yes all part of being in a good model club Kevin.
Holes drilled in the deck alongside the hull for the stanchions of the ships rails. Now to find the small beads to glue on the top for passing the top rail through.

First bead glued to the top of the stanchion - now let it go solid before adding the other 25 and threading the top rail through them all WITHOUT any off the beads falling off -

All port side beads added and both lower rails in place - next another 13 beads to add to the stbd side and THEN put it aside to go solid before adding top rail all the way round - that's the plan but can I wait that long
