With the painting tidied up it was time for a coat of Klear and making a start on decalling. I've used a mix of kit and spare/stock decals with the G9 of NJG1 has been altered to C9 of NJG5, the A is from the kit decals as is the B. I couldn't find a K in my spares so I'm not completing the model as the a/c shown in the photo. This brings me on to another dilemma. The kit has markings for, and shows, a G-4 fitted with early FuG 202 radar mounted on the nose, as per the article I'm working from, unfortunately the only part of this set up provided is the main bracket having just the main arms, which are too short. So I'm attempting to fit longer ones which hopefully won't look out of place and then ones for the antennae. I've sourced the latter from my spares, being left over from my BV 222 build. Failing this I'll be fitting the first generation FuG 220 supplied.
