Hi Tony,
Matty might need to go through Mike ( Website Admin) to get his username and password to work, as I think Mike has put a block on "unknown" registrations to prevent corruption of the site.
Get Matt to contact Mike directly off the contact list email address supplied by the club, and ask him to 'unblock' his username and password. Mike will probably verify Matty as a member through the club membership details held by Andy or Dave.
