Good model Bill.
(A BIG improvement on the old, original FROG kit, eh!!??!!)
Certainly looks well weathered... as indeed the real ones were.
Similarities to its successor, the Beaufighter, are striking.
I wish someone would produce a Beaufort in 1/48 scale.
What's next from the Newton aircraft factory?

Well, Mr Biggles you are in luck. ICM are planning a 1/48th Beaufort for later in the year.
Next onto the workbench is the Airfix Heinkel He111P-3 which fortunately is exactly the same variant of the He111 as I'm replacing, indeed the kit has the same markings.
Nobody has noticed os far I forgot to add the little spinners to the props of my Beaufort!!!

Is this a mirage or a figment of my imagination - a post from our secretary.

Do you think that the 'Big Bang' we heard at our committee meeting, jarred his grey cells into action.

I am penning a letter to the RAF,  "Dear Sir, Please could you continue to fly at supersonic speeds over the East Yorkshire coast, and the sonic booms encountered. It has seemed to have a beneficial medical effect on our Secretary.

As Basil Fox would say 'Boom, Boom!', it has more effect than you think.

Cheers,
Bigkev
I hope my next is always better

So flummoxed by 'Biggles' post, forgot to tell you that looks really nice.
Looking forward to the Heinkel He111P.
