1:48 RAF Groundcrew or figures
« on: April 16, 2020, 10:01:56 AM »
Hi all, I have the Airfix set and the ICM one, but I am really looking for some figures for the ground vehicles - drivers, and general figures to supplement the diorama, handling cables and so on.
I am not averse to a bit of conversion, I could even put up with them wearing steel helmets.

Any thoughts?

If you are looking for figures you have asked the right person!!!

Seriously though, Eduard produced 2 sets which are no longer available and as you say ICM do a set.

I have both the Eduard sets and although I could send you the box illustrations the actual figures aren't quite the same!

Are you in a rush for them? Somewhere in my loft I have them all stored away and I could dig them out and send you some photos of the plastic.

How are you doing, another 3 weeks of this which is I have to say what I had thought would happen but does't make planning ahead that easy at the moment.

Onwards, hopefully complete the gun today or tomorrow.

Thanks Bill, I am not in a hurry, as and when will be fine.
I saw some Eduard ones but they were out of stock.
Lots of modellers are buying on line and some places have sold out of particular paint colours.
