I did see that but thought it was purely decoration.
As a scientist, I could never understand why anyone would put the handle in the middle, principle of the lever and all that.

Levers - used to get the pupils pushing on a door at the middle and at the end away from the hinge to show this. 
Thanks for thinking about how I can improve the door - next job is to make a letter box

Three zombies under construction - the grey ones have no arms so have drilled and put a bit of wire through the body, when its solid will add some filler. All have had sections cut out of the body and legs bent, when painting will add some white bones on the holes.

First coat of plaster and glue added to the outer walls - when its had another coat of this, I will remove some, in sections to show the bricks underneath. 
Now what colour shall I paint the wall ??????
