Thank you Howard for the idea.Talking about scratch building and wine bottle foil Howard told me about using Tomato Paste tubes.
Don't roll them when in use, just squeeze the paste out and when finished you can cut the top/bottom/down one side and you end up with a section about 140 x 115 x 0.3 mm in size.
