Both masts finished now to add double chain links for the rigging and some rails round the platforms - OOHHHHHH the joy of etch brass !!!!!

As promised last night to Haddock - back to the ships.  This is the 2 steam launches together and primed, the funnels have been replaced.

Coat of plaster of paris on the base to represent the sea around Cam Ranh Bay - from the colour in the bottle behind the base you can see it has come out a little lighter than the colour mixed - forgot to take into account the white powder and white pva mixed in with the paint. Will see what colour it dries and adjust as needed.
