Here is another company for Steve from Hull.
http://www.westwindproductions.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=1211

Modelling on hold due to redecoration of my modelling room.
I never realised how much stuff I had crammed in there, time to get rid of some stuff maybe?

Don't think so Kiteman.
Have you ever heard of '60 minute Makeover' on British T.V.
This might be one of them.

Don't let Mrs Haddock see this, it could put ideas in her head.

He`ll probably build a 1:1 Model room in 60 seconds flat, and paint it after all the furniture is in there!

Be careful what you say.
Some of the furniture is in there.

HMLS Disraeli or Gladstone.
This is a model from Westwind Productions Empire of the Dead series. http://www.westwindproductions.co.uk/
Although sold as 28mm it appears smaller, you can see a review here http://www.wargamesillustrated.net/hmls-gladstone-and-hmls-disraeli/

It is a resin casting with white metal add ons such as the wheels and the trooper's heads.
It is a pity that it is a slightly smaller scale.
Painting it at the moment, the figures are part of the base casting.

I have also been working on some Queen Victorias - yes, more than one, one is the true Queen, the other is a clone, as you can see things did not just go as they should have and she has an ocular implant among other additions.
She (the clone) accompanies the queen and acts as her personal bodyguard.
Remember these are 28mm tall or thereabouts.

Painting completed on HMLS Disraeli/Gladstone - I may change the name, not sure yet.
Coat of matt varnish applied.
The last picture shows it as compared to the smallest of the earlier steam tanks.

Nice to have the chance to catch up on here and also see some of this stuff for real at the meeting.  I'm not tempted to try steampunk yet...not quite...
