Its some insulating foam my friend Richard used when sorting his garage out , carves nice with a sharp edge unlike expanded poly.

Its changed to chocolate ice-cream just for you Haddock.  Really its ground tea leaves mixed with water and when its was a paste, PVA glue added. Will see how it is when its dry - that is if Haddock doesn't come in and eat it all - hohohohoho

Tank tracks also removed - think it looks more abandoned without tracks.

Will take up your suggestion - will have the tracks removed from the top set (stbd side off the tank) and broken and folded under on the other side, thanks for the idea.
